Brian and Kelly met on May 25, 2012. Little did they know at that time, they’d embark on such adventures for the next 6 years. 36 trips between the East Coast and West Coast, approximately 80,000 miles travelled. Wow! That’s love.

Last Saturday, Brian and Kelly were happy to celebrate the beginning of their next chapter with their family and friends. They said that “tomorrow and forever, we’ll continue to love, respect and cherish each other”.

Brian’s Co-Best Man talked about how, while on a trip, Brian made him “feel like a princess”. Brian gave his friend the last bit of food, the best bed, and the one umbrella when it rained. We all need more people like Brian in our lives. Kelly was stunning and gracious, and it was easy to see that they’re both very in love with each other.

Brian and Kelly held their wedding reception at Fantasy Farm at 50 Pottery Rd in Toronto. Fantasy Farm had this perfect little room that was just the right size to accommodate the photo booth.  It could be accessed from both indoors, and the outdoor patio.

Fantasy Farm is truly an oasis in the city, nestled beautifully in the protected green space of the Don Valley. The venue is surrounded by 1500 acres of conservation land, making it the perfect venue for nature-lovers Brian and Kelly.

When I was designing their photo they literally said: “We’re going for a simple, clean, modern look (and we’re a fan of nature!)”.  I crafted a simple and modern mountainous background and accompanied it with a classic white calligraphic font. It was only through one of the wedding speeches that I learned that Brian’s climbed Mount Kilimanjaro! Overall, the photo print design was a perfect fit for this adventurous couple.

Everyone loved the photo booth, but the kids especially kept coming back for more. They tried out different poses and different props, often bringing other friends and family members along with them to join in the fun. When mentioned that the bride and groom hadn’t come through the photo booth yet, the kids were enthusiastic to help track them down and bring them through. I always try and make sure that the wedding couple gets some photos in the booth – it’s such a fun experience, and they’ll have those photos forever.

When all said and done, the wedding couple said: “Thank you so much for everything: running an amazing operation, being flexible and accommodating with us and super friendly with all the guests.  Folks definitely had fun with it… Will definitely be directing people your way if we get questions about photo booth recommendations.”

Thank you Brian and Kelly! Wishing you both a happy married life.
