While at an out of town photo booth event this past weekend (more on that in the next blog post), we encountered a fun surprise. We met wedding guests that also run a photobooth company!
It’s always fun to meet people with similar interests. Whenever I meet people who also enjoy indoor rock climbing, sewing, or any number of my interests, I know I’m in for some good conversations. Surprisingly meeting someone from another small company in the same industry is perhaps even more fun. Conveniently, we’re not really in competition, since we’re fairly geographically far apart. While our photo booth is based in Oakville, ON (essentially serving Toronto to Hamilton), their photo booth is based in Kingston, ON. The two cities are about 3 hours apart.
So who did we meet? Jason from Kingston Photo Booth (KPB).
Jason was very kind and genuine, and even showed me pictures of his event setup. While I can’t personally vouch for KPB as someone who has used their services, they are definitely an option to look into if you’re hosting an event in Kingston, ON. Just like Nature Booth, Jason shares a background in graphic design, ensuring that the custom photo booth designs look great.
